Hi ,

I am able to connect VPN Concentrator 3000 using VPN Client 4.0.2d. But when i ping any of the internal subnets it is unable to ping. On the VPN Client i can see the packet going out, but Packets In is Zero.

How do i troubleshooot this problem.

Between our mail serve and VPN box we have a firewall. Clients are able to connect to VPN Concentrator, we are using Windows RADIUS Server for Auth. Form Concentrator i am able to ping our mail server. But form VPN Client i am unable to access it. dont know what the problem is. Please help

Hello,

Try to turn off the filter in the general settings tab. This worked fine for me.
