Packetloss over VPN

I'm running a site to site VPN between a 1841 ( LAN IP) and a Soho91 ( LAN IP)

I'm getting a lot of packetloss and disconnects over the VPN, but I can ping across the WAN ok.

I've attached some of the config from one of the routers, at this time I don't have access to the other side to get the config.

I get pretty much 0% packetloss when pinging the WAN side. When pinging through the VPN, I get about 20%.

If from siteA, i ping the WAN interface at siteB (not over the vpn), the ping over the VPN almost fixes itself. It goes from 20% packetloss to 1% packetloss. Almost as soon as I stop the ping to the wan interface, the VPN ping returns to 20% packetloss.

Anybody have ideas where I can start looking to troubleshoot this?
