pb connecting 2 VPN3030 on switching lan

scenario :

I'm trying to install two VPN 3030 in VRRP connected on 2924XL-EN switch. On the same switch, I have my router linked with WAN.

I cannot ping my VRRP address of VPN's

In ARP cache of my router, MAC address for this address is incomplete ?

And I would to mount tunnels from outside with my VRRP address.
