Hi!
if I don´t have any reference in my pix 515r to ports 5631 and 5632, (both are use by Pcanywhere), Why can I establish comunication with two hosts inside<->outside?

Are you sure that PC Anywhere is still using those default ports? They CAN be changed by the user, possibly to ports that ARE being allowed.

Just going to add a little, make sure the 5631 is tcp, and the 5632 is udp.

The PIX doesn't stop inside-->outside communication unless you specifically add ACLs to deny it. It depends on where the communication originated from. If it originated from inside than that is normal behavior, if it originated from outside than you have a problem with your config.
