First one your mentioning the system you want access PDM
Second for that system your enabling http server
if both things are required run the PDm

it's an interesting question, as i never play with the command "pdm location" yet i do configure pdm access.
having another read of the command reference, i noticed that these two commands are not quite the same as i thought they might be.
the command "pdm location" doesn't control the access of pdm, rather it is more for pdm bookkeeping. further, when pdm is launched, it will auto discover the network topology and use this info to generate the list for "pdm location".
alternatively, the command "http ip_address [netmask] [if_name]" is used to control the pdm access to the pix.
