PDM -- page cannot be displayed

I was able to access the PDM w/o problem before. Now, I can get through logging into the PIX but the PDM window says "page cannot be displayed." I'm thinking I might have changed my browser settings. Any ideas?

That happens to me a lot. What I do to fix it is, go to my settings and clear out cookies, Internet files and everything else in there. restart your browser, it should work again.

* First you need "VPN DES encryption" enabled on the Pix (sh version command).

** second, make sure that you ve installed the java plugins downloadable in cisco software center, in network management softs.

*** third use HTTPS://ip-adress-of-the-pix
