permitting web smtp and vpn

is it possible to to have a vpn, and a web / mail server behind a pix 501?

Authentication for the vpn must be done through a taccas or radius server. permit the web and mail traffic without authentication but vpn connections must be authenticated.

Yes. The pix itself can be a vpn server, but you should be able to have another device behind it do that as well
