Has anyone had success on creating a site-to-site vpn with a Pix 501 and a Linksys RV082? I am having an issue establishing a connection. State on the pix side says: MM_NO_STATE Both sides are setup for 3des/md5. pre-shared key. Any ideas?
MM_NO_STATE, indicates to me that you have no L3 connectivity (network connectivity) between both peers. Can you ping from your PIX to the Linksys box?
Thanks for the response. I was able to gain access to the Linksys device and changed the configuration and the connection finally established. End user had configured the parameters incorrectly. Mismatched phase negotiation. Problem has been resolved.
