PIX 501 auto-Update Feature

I am a home user and cannot figure out how the auto-update feature works. If I check the enable feature other fields become available to be filled in. Is this information update directly from Cisco and if so what is put in the fields to make the auto-update work?

Auto Update for PIX 5xx needs a Auto-Update Server and does not work as Windows Updares.

This package is part of Cisco VMS Managment Console and is used to upgarde PIX and config in a time based automatic manner.
