PIX 501Nat+Vpn

Hi, I have a question....

Is it possible to configure NAT + Vpn?

I read

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_configuration_example09186a0080094761.shtml

but i can't understand how it works.

If it is possible can you give me an example of a working configuration?

Re: PIX 501Nat+Vpn

In the example indicated, NAT has been disbled for traffic that will be tunneled through. Normally, if you are establishing a tunnel between two private networks, your configurations should be such that the traffic that is moving between the two private networks is let through without natting. Please see http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_configuration_example09186a0080094634.shtml for more info. However, you could go ahead and NAT on an internediate device (and this is closer to what you are looking for). Example of a working configuration for the same is located at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_configuration_example09186a008009486e.shtml
