PIX 506E hangs at boot

Found a cavet CSCdv87789 PIX506E hangs when booting with 64 sector flash which i feel exactly falls inline with your problem.

The same has been fixed in the later OS versions,if you are running 6.1(x) would suggest to upgrade the same to later OS if possible to the recent version.
