Hi,
I'm trying to configure a Pix 506E for a single network to allow RDP to the server. The Pix outside interface is a public IP that conects to a router managed by AT&T. The Ip address is 12.146.x.x. The inside interface is set to 192.168.1.1. To allow for RDP traffic in to the server only, I know that a static nat has to be set up, but I've tried the static (inside, outside)etc, but can't get it to work. here is the config (I'm reaaly NEW at this):
PIX Version 6.3(5)

Right ... basically you need the below instructions
1.- static (inside,outside) tcp
2.- you need to create an access-list that allows incoming traffic from teh Internet to the Public address specified the point 1
access-list 100 permit tcp any host
3.- You need to apply teh access list 100 to teh outside interface
access-group 100 in interface outside
This will allow access from any host in the internet to the internal device using RDP ( port TCP 3389 )
