PIX 515 Loses Image

I have a PIX 515 with 16F/32M that I am trying to upgrade from 6.1.4 to 6.3.5 I can copy the image from the tftp server and the pix will then reload. It gets stuck in a reload loop.

I can get to monitor mode and restore 6.1.4 successfully and it reboots OK. I can never get the pix to load the 6.3.5 image and even after I successfully boot the 6.1.4 if I try a reload from the CLI it loses the 6.1.4 image and I have to restore it through monitor mode?? I tried the 'clear flashfs' and the same thing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: PIX 515 Loses Image

I forgot to mention, after I restore the pix from monitor mode to 6.1.4 I 'copy tftp flash' in order to get the 6.1.4 image on the pix flash. This is also unsuccessful because after the pix finishes the tftp transfer it reboots and loses the image.....
