When failover occurs the primary and secondary pix are supposed to swap thier ip and mac addresses. Does this include ALL the interface's IP addresses?

That is correct. ALL the interface's IP addresses will be swapped. Just make sure that both your firewalls are:

- the same model number

- have identical software versions and activation key types

- have the same amount of Flash memory and RAM.

Thanks everything is the same I was just a bit confused when I looked at my failover config and saw different ip's for each interface, if they didnt carry over then the failover would be pretty useless.

Hi,

It must have a different ip. It is like the connection between PCs, if there are two PCs with the same ip address, one will not work, it happens the same for PIX FO on each interface. When the active PIX falls, the PIX FO will rise up, both PIXs will change its configuration.
