You could also use the tftp-server command to preconfigure the server. For info, check the command's ref under "write", "configure", and "tftp-server" commands.
However, this will merge the config possibly leading to undesirable results.
Is something like "copy tftp startup-config" possible after "write erase"? "configure net" is only available in config mode - which modifies the running-config. Also "copy tftp flash:1" seems not to be allowed ;-).
I'm not sure how the Autoupdate Server (AUS) handles this issue.
