pix config w/ 1 pub IP addr and natting to same(cannot get additional IP's)

outside address: 206.x.x.98

inside address: 192.168.1.1

would like to:

1-pat/nat to 206.x.x.98 since i only have one ip issued. is this possible on a pix 501?

2-allow web, smtp, inside server at 192.168.1.x

3-allow other traffic to server 192.168.1.y

right now, i am able to ping outside from the console. cannot yet do this with internal system at 192.168.1.x, (gw 192.168.1.1)

i think i can accomplish 1. what do you think?

i think i can accomplish 2. what do you think?

not sure if i can get 2 and 3 together. what do you think?

thanks for your help and suggestions.

yes, you could use :

global (outside) 1 interface

yes on 2 and 3, but NOT recommended

Static Pat. Static - Maps a local IP address to a global IP address (NAT) and supports TCP and UDP port redirection (static PAT).
