Hi,

Just in case the global pool running out of IP Add please at one IP Address to PAT

"global (outside) 1 164.164.168.31"

clear xlate ---> to clear the previous translation

clear arp ---> clear the arp cache

route inside 192.168.154.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.138.2 ------> what for? it's work?? this is the inside ip right? should not works

Sometimes the PIX becomes dumb. So.....restart and wait to c the PIX start build tcp and udp conn.

Try to activate to log for the PIX to c what's block the tcp and udp conn.
