PIX denying addresses with a source of the internal I/F

I have a situation with and office attached to our internal network via a T/3 and sharing the same internal IP address space. Both offices have different ISP's. I also have a test web server on our internal network and it is being static assigned an external IP address from our pool at office A. The problem I am having is with office B trying to get to that external IP address from their ISP. Is the firewall blocking this?

From the information you provided it is impossible to tell why it isn't working for you. My advice to you would be to follow a packet from a office B host to the server and see what decision each device makes. Do the same with return traffic because the problem might be related to traffic from the server to the office B client.
