PIX Global(Outside) configuration

Hi,

A simple question , My ISP allow me only 2 public IP Address.

One is the LAN interface for the outbound router (Internet Access), for example : 82.81.62.86

One for the PIX outside interface, for example : 82.81.62.85

Wich IP address i must choose for the PAT , global(outside) command ?

global (outside) 1 82.81.62.85 netmask 255.255.255.248

or

global (outside) 1 82.81.62.86 netmask 255.255.255.248

or a new IP address like

global (outside) 1 82.81.62.87 netmask 255.255.255.248

thanks for your help

Re: PIX Global(Outside) configuration

You would choose the address that is applied to the outside address of the PIX. In this case it is 82.81.62.85.
