Nope, you cna do this fine, no restrictions. Just enable ISAKMP on both interfaces, and apply a different crypto map on the two interfaces. If you do it this way, you'll even be able to route from one remote LAN to the otehr thru the PIX, which you can't do if they both terminate on the one interface.
