Hello
I have a PIX 515E-UR with software version 6.3. After saving my configuration, the firewall displayed the following message :
Watchdog timeout failure! Please contact customer support.

Then, the PIX stopped responding. When switching it off and on, only the power LED is green and nothing happens on the console terminal.
How can I solve this problem ?

Did you try and configure the EZVPN client feature by any chance? If so, you might be running into CSCdz03746. Bug CSCdz58273 is another possibility. Though both bugs are applicable to 6.2(2), they will give you something to go on. Please also see http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/770/fn15490.shtml.
