PIX: Reach my "outside" interface from "inside" ???

Hi, is there some way to config a PIX so i can reach the "outside" interface from "inside" ???

... i need to use Outlook Web Access (and another web-application that has some pointers to my external IP) from the inside and don't want to use the "internal" ip-number, i want to be able to reach it with my static public IP ...

Re: PIX: Reach my "outside" interface from "inside" ???

Hi

The Alias command should do the trick, a static line should also work, I've used both.

alias (inside) inside-ip-address outside-ip-address 255.255.255.255

static (outside,inside) outside-ip-address inside-ip-address netmask 255.255.255.255

Or you could solve it with some dns tricks
