Does anyone know the new date for Release 6 ? AFAIK it was 11 of this month, we are waiting for the W2K support for the VPN Client and Pix.

any one ....implemented the PIX 6.0 and PDM 1.0?

if yes....

is it working fine...i mean stable....

I have had them both running since about 5 minutes after they made it to CCO. The only thing not documented has to do with the cert from the pix. You will have to add an entry for the host and domain name you set up for the PDM on the pix to the host file of the workstation you will be running the PDM from. You will also have to manually install the cert by going into details and install certificate.

Hope this helps.

Bob,

did you configure your pix as a server (http)?

part of pdm feature. Isn't unsecure way of communication?

Yes I did but, you use https when you are connecting and you connect to the pix from a workstation on the inside interface so as to not expose it to cruel world :) It looks like you can configure it to be accessible via the web on the outside interface but, I wouldn't recommend that.
