PIX - Smtp Problem - No route to

We are experiencing problems with a PIX 515e firewall V7 software. The PIX sits at our central site and handles s2s VPN's.

When a remote VPN user to send information through the PIX to a central server we receive a sporadic error:

No route to (External IP of User) from (External IP of PIX)

This is only a real problem when the user is sending a large email. When this error appears the SMTP connection terminates and doesn't attempt to reconnect. The PIX has an outside default route to a Cisco router on a fixed line.

Can anyone please HELP!

It is difficult to tell without looking at the configs. Check your static NAT for any overlapping addresses. This can cause routing problems like you are seeing.
