PIX to Cisco 2821 Router VPN

I have a PIX 515E running 7.02 with an IPSEC VPN to a Cisco 2821 router. Both sides show that phase 1 and phase 2 are completed. My compnany owns the PIX. The ASDM vpn monitor shows the connections, (IKE, IPSec), are both up and even if I clear the sa's it comes backup but we can't ping hosts from our local subnets across the VPN.

Debug log from PIX included.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you send copies of config (minus any sensitive info) plus the subnets that are involved at your end and the remote end.

Are you sure that the other company has allowed icmp through at their end ?

It turned out the other company did not have "nat 0" setup. Works fine now.
