PIX to ISR

Hi All -

I would like to swap our PIX 506e to a ISR 2818. My question is does it have a switch mechanism for the two ethernet ports? Does anyone know?

Thanks!

Re: PIX to ISR

What's a 2818?

The ISRs , such as the 2851 support bridging via BVIs and VLANs, and ones with NM slots can have additional switch modules installed (for a serious chunk of change).

You want an ASA5505. It has an 8 port switch built in and is the replacement for the 501,506,506E and 515.
