I am curious to find out how other users are managing their PIXs for your PIX to PIX VPN tunnels to remote sites. What are you using to access the remote PIX if the VPN tunnel is down? We're trying to find a secure solution. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check out PuTTY (free), and enable SSH on the PIX box.

Putty is a good way to go (for ssh to outside interface), you could even use https w/ PDM if you have 6.x code from the outside. If the tunnel goes down, you are only losing the tunnel traffic, there is still a good possibility that connectivity to your outside interface is there.
