PIX upgrade ailure from 6.3(5) to 7.1.1

I tried unsuccessully to upgrade a PIX 535 with 6.3(5) to 7.1.1.

The PIX erased the old version, but then gave an error message that the upload hadn't worked.

I believe I've insuficient memory to try again.

I haven't re-booted it yet, but if I do, I believe it'll come up in monitor mode.

From a Cisco PDF I have, I believe i need to load an 'erasedisk635.bin' using tftp. However I can't locate the file on Cisco's website.

Any suggestions.

Hi .. I soo a similar request on this forum sometime last week and a guy from Cisco provided the file so hopefully you will be able to get it soon !!!

I've unfortunately just encountered the exact same problem, and can't seem to get out this loop with insufficient memory. Can anyone suggest a way out of this?
