Does anyone know how long you can run on the Standby before bringiing up the Primary?

I'm on day 30 and am afraid the License will force a shut down.

If a failover has occured and the secondary(FO) unit is active, the FO unit will continue to run without interruption. If the FO unit is working as an active unit without the primary connected then it will reboot every 24hours.

Does the Primary PIX need to be powered on, or just connected?
