PIX VPN's - Multiple Translations on Single Inside Address

How can a single inside device be on multiple VPN's, yet be translated to different addresses? And still access internet?

Example:

Inside Host A - 10.10.10.0

Translated on VPN1 to: 192.168.1.1

Translated on VPN2 to: 192.168.199.200

Translated on Outside to: 65.65.65.65

Not sure how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Either my questions are really tough...or really stupid. ;)

Policy NAT is the answer.
