PIX with very strange DHCP behavour

all clients asking for an IP address (via dhcp) get an address starting at 129.168.0.128 and up. i havent made any such configuration on the pix though. the DHCP pool we made is IPs in the range 192.168.1.50-100 (and 192.168.1.150-170 for VPN users). there is no other DHCP server on the network, ive even tried unplugging everything short of one pc directly on the PIX LAN interface. there is nothing in my configuration that use this 192.168.0.x addresses and when i do a "ipconfig /renew" i get 192.168.0.128.

dhcpd address 192.168.1.50-192.168.1.100 inside

dhcpd lease 3600

dhcpd ping_timeout 750

dhcpd auto_config outside

dhcpd enable inside

thoughts?
