PIX501 to ASA VPN+ RIP or OSPF

There are 2 ASA5510 as VPN gateway's(one is primary and another is secondary).

Branches connected via VPN to ASA.Is't possible to use dynamic routing to announce branch networks from primary VPN gateway and in case of failure via second?

Re: PIX501 to ASA VPN+ RIP or OSPF

If you want that the branches to connect via VPN to connect through secondary ASA in case of primary ASA failure, and if the ASA are in failover then this will taken care by the failover. If the ASA's are not in failover then you will have to configure in the branches to try to connect to secondary ASA in case of connection failure with primary ASA. If you want to send some routing information over the VPN tunnel then this can also be done.
