PIX515E Interface Problem?

I have a PIX515E, I have installed 2 PIX-1FE cards in the two slots, but only one PIX-1FE is working not the 2nd one means total 3 FE. Here is the output of show ver command.

This PIX has a Restricted (R) license.

So kindly tell me to use the 2nd PIX-1FE in 2nd slot, May I have to upgrade the IOS version or only one PCI card is supported at a time.

With restricted licence you can have max three 10/100 interfaces.... So you need upgrade to unrestricted if you want to use 4 interfaces
