Polycom(H323) over Cisco 1600 problem

I have this client with a 1600 router as internet gateway for all of their branch office, and planning to set up a Polycom Viestation behind static NAT for video conference.

We been testing for almost 2 days, still have no luck, just wanted to make sure what are the requirements, currently i'm running IOS version 12.1.3 on the 1600.

It seems to me this is a really common setup, i did this with PIX all the time and work without any problem, if anyone has any experience, pls give me some idea. THANKS in advance

If you want to give priority to video traffic, you can configure LLQ and give more priority to voice traffic comparitively. You can see the link to the info on configuring LLQ here :
