Port 1414&4848

Please let me know the application of port 1414 and 4848 , its giving me the problem when i tried to open it using fixup on PIX 515 using 6.3 s/w version ...Would appreciated earliest response

4848 = App server (http)

thanks , how to open on PIX firewall as am facing problem with fixup command

Hi,

I don't understand why do you need fixup protocol to open the ports.

In order to open the ports you need access-lists

e.g. access-list 100 permit tcp any any eq 1414

acceaa-group 100 in interface outside
