port forwarding + vpn

I have setup a cisco 1711 router at my office. I have forwarded 2 ports to a linux box.

ip nat inside source static tcp 10.0.0.107 143 interface FastEthernet0 143

ip nat inside source static tcp 10.0.0.62 22 interface FastEthernet0 22

Every time I connect through vpn from outside, somehow the port forwarding stops working after that and I cannot connect to the above ports. I have to disconnect the vpn and retype the above statments to make it work again.

I have attached my conf file. Since I am newbie any help would be great.

Re: port forwarding + vpn

Add the following line to the beginning of access-list 101:

access-list 101 deny ip host y.y.y.y any

y.y.y.y is the IP-addess of your external interface.
