Port redirection

I have a mail server behind pix 520 and I am trying to add the following command allow port redirection:

static (inside,outside) tcp 66.166.26.1 80 10.1.1.10 25 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

conduit permit tcp host 66.166.26.1 eq 80 any

I want mail to come in through port 80 and redirected to port 25 to mail server.

Does anyone know how to set this up ? (I add this command put no luck)

The problem here is by default, mail client are using port 25 to reach the server, and it is web browsers that use port 80. Unless you can specifically set your mail client to use port 25, I am not aware of that.
