Hello
I pptp into my pix and I'm able to communicate with the directly connected inside network, but not anything past the inside router. Is it possible to access more than one internal network through a PPTP connection? Thanks

Sure, as long as all those networks have a route pointing to the PPTP pool of addresses, this route must eventually point back to the PIX's interface. Also make sure that you've defined access FROM this remote network TO the pool of addresses in your "nat 0" ACL on the PIX.

you should also check, the access-lists on the interfaces besides nat 0 list.
