Printing problems using PIX515E OS 7.1

Hi,

RDP via VPN tunnel to main office.

Printers configured on Terminal Server.

When printing on remote location, sometimes missing lines or characters.

This started after upgrade to OS 7.1.

Does someone has a clue.

Try checking the flux capacitor. If no luck there, start troubleshooting from a windows perspective...

alternatively, you can immediately rule out the upgrade to 7.1 (what did you upgrade from btw?), by downgrading to whatever you were running before. maybe check the bug toolkit on CCO.
