Just wondering?!?!

I have a 2611 for vpn tunneling and it started complaining about to little memory for startup-config. So I looked in to my nvram: startup hade 25k and private 0k. free space 3k. So I cleand my config from old junk. And save config.

Now my private-config is 3k adn startup 22k.

Whats stord in privat config and why??

private config contains data that can never be displayed , these are keys and certificates used by crypto image..
