Problem HTTP/Telnet login into VPN 3000

Having a problem with a 3015 Concentrator. For some reason I can access the 3015 Concentrator through the Console with the admin username and password. But when I access through HTTP or Telnet, it's says my username/password is not correct. I was able to access it before through Console, HTTP, and Telnet until I turned it off (relocated it to another building). I am running the version 3.5.4.Rel-k9, I am using IE 5.5, I also did save the config prior to turning it off, no access control list configured. Anyone run into this problem??? Thanks in advance.

Re: Problem HTTP/Telnet login into VPN 3000

Hi Jerome,

Check if you defined any TACACS server for managing the admin users. Try with the Console again using the same username password and if it works for you then it must be the TACACS server configured.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Aamir
