Problem passing traffic through VPN tunnel

With well over 150 lan-to-lan VPN tunnels configured, I can usually get the tunnels up. However, this one is stumping me, unless the ISP is giving wrong information. Using a Cisco 871 router on-site and a Cisco 3005 concentrator in my data center, I configure my tunnel. The tunnel will come up but will not pass traffic. I am certain the configurations on both devices are correct becaus I use a lot of "cut-and-paste." So, the only issue appears to be the modem/router supplied by the ISP. Usually when this happens, the problem is with NAT enabled on their equipment. They say NAT is not enabled on their router. Where else can I check? Any ideas?

Thanks for the assistance. Actually, I found the solutions yesterday and it was PEBCAK! I had totally incorrect IP addresses in my access lists (the first octet was wrong in all cases because of my cut-and-paste source). It is working now. Thanks for the assistance.
