Problem to access Guest Server

Hi,

I have a problem when i try access guest server, I saw on the console that start the httpd daemon fail follow message:

[root@xxxx ~]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [FAILED]
Starting httpd: [FAILED] 

and at /var/log/http/error_log

Hi,

What's the history of this server? What version is it? Was it ever upgraded? Is it in production?

If not, you might want to consider re-imaging it. If it is in production and hung like this, open a TAC case so we can look at the logs more closely.
