PROBLEM WITH CSPM

Hello,

I've tryed to import an xml file to CSPM (This xml file was generated from Config Import Tool) but an exception occurs, which is :

"An application error has occured

and an application error log was generated

Cfmi.exe

Exception access violation 0xc0000005 adress 0x118c5930

"

and in the log file there was :

"Warning:CSPM server and management address not available. Setting it to 0 for device->PIXTest"

but I can't modify anything because CSPM crashes after this warning!!!

What can I do to avoid this error?

Take a look at CSCdv90547, which deals with a config import issue.
