problem with IPX Client

When we try to install software from our remote sites we get a client 32 re-connect error, but if we login to the network we see no errors. can you help?

It might be a fragmenting issue or something. Tell me more about your topology? IPX client? VPN client? I didn’t know there was an IPX VPN Client. What version? What is the terminating tunnel router? Bandwidth & utilization?

Your remote software may be timing out, waiting for some reply that doesn't make it back in 'time'. Try installing some 'other' brand or kind of software see if it works. That should clue you in, if it's a software problem and not a link problem. Ping and see what your response times are. You might want to start using another protocol with more error correcting built-in.
