Problem with more than one connection through a 3002

Hello,

We have three different networks each with a 3002 which exhibit the same behavior. If I initiate traffic from one box on a network, it is OK. As soon as I start another session from another box on the same network, the traffic from the first computer stops. This is the same on all three networks.

Does anyone know if there is a setting on the 3002 to tell it to process all network traffic as opposed to one computer at a time?

Thanks!

Brad

Hi Brad,

What mode are you running the 3002 in, NEM or Client mode?

Can you upgrade to the latest version?

It would be best to talk to a TAC engineer on this if you have done all the related tests, for further troubleshooting.

Thanks,

Aamir
