problem with ssl vpn

If I try to connect through ssl vpn using proxy server

Then after several steps it appears message " connection to the proxy server failed"

What is it means ?

What would workaround use?

Re: problem with ssl vpn

Most likely, most people connecting to Citrix server will be from the outside, and that will have the greatest number of different networks. So, you want to configure you web interface to use the 'translated' address as the default address provided in web interface.

You have to configrenthe translated, or altaddr, as the default address provided and you need to create an exception. The exception should state that your local network will connect 'Directly' which means it will be given the internal address of the server.

Also, under tools, internet options, connections, LAN settings you should be able to adjust the proxy settings on the browser to get you in. For some reason sometimes you will need to check use a proxy server sometimes you need to uncheck it but the right sequence of checks in LAN settings should get you in.
