Check your tftp server statement. I am expecting to look something like:

tftp-server inside 192.168.40.10 pix.cfg

Try it with disabling the inspection rule for TFTP, that helped in my case (but the config was needed on the FWSM after upgrading from 2.3 to 3.1).

Hi Nik,

Use the command (copy flash: tftp:) and when it asks you for the file name type the name of the file which you will find when you type the command (show flash)

Please rate if this helps,

Best regards,
