Problems with VoIP into VPN tunel

Hi guys,

I have in my headquarters, CISCO IP Telephone solution with Call Manager and CISCO VPN solution into my PIX 506 firewall (fw 6.2).

The sales guys uses the Cisco VPN client 3.0 and this works fine. The problem is that I'm trying to use the IP-BLUE VTGO PC 2.0.3.0 Soft Phone through VPN tunel, but It doesn't works :(

At the "VPN access-list" (at my PIX 506), I put: "permit all IP and ICMP packets", but when a start the IP-BLUE Soft Phone, it can't reach the call manager through the VPN tunel.

As far I know, CISCO uses the Skinny protocol into VoIP solutions, but what do I need to permit into my access-list to the soft Phone work?

Does anyone know how I can setup this kind of configurations into my Office?

TIA

Otto

Re: Problems with VoIP into VPN tunel

Do you use UDP? That might be the problem. When softphone is used to call another phone using VPN cleint, the audio will be one way.
