I have users on an external network needing to connect servers on the inside.

I would like all users to be authenticated thru AAA. All of there access to the internal servers will be through a Browser. I have configured proxy auth on a router once but cant find a good page to get this to work on the PIX.

Can anyone help

Thanks in advance

HI.

You can choose one or more of the following:

* Use Cisco manuals and samples:

http://www.cisco.com/go/pix

* Use PDM:

* Use Pixcript to help you get the basic syntax to use:

With any method you choose, you should consider weather you're going to use the "virtual http" server option or not.

You can try with or without that option, and select what best suites your needs.

The newer pix version 6.3 supports local authentication ((or Tacacs/Radius).

Previous versions needed external Tacacs or Radius server if I'm not wrong here.
